The Irish Channel would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. We are a family-owned business run by Tom Stack, who hails from County Cork, Ireland. Tom runs a friendly, fun staff and would love to welcome all of our guests, young and old. Our food is our number one priority as he is a certified chef.
