CenterPointe athletes are trained in strength, mobility, power and endurance. We believe quality coaching in constantly varied functional movement leads to the best results and fewest injuries. Our workouts are intense and our recovery is targeted. Each time you come in, you’ll make progress under the guidance of our highly skilled trainers and within our supportive environment.

I. Intense, Individualized Workouts
Private Training
There is no substitute for one-on-one attention. In your private sessions you and your coach zero in on the precise functional movements that will allow you to improve your athletic ability within the context of your overall programming needs.
Small Group Training
Our individual coaching in a focused, positive group setting. Every class includes a warm up, technique instruction, and a workout of the day. Your coach will individually tailor movement complexity, weight, and repetitions to your abilities and goals. Classes are held 7 days a week and capped at 8 to ensure you get tons of individualized attention.
- Raise the Bar. Power and Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Sprint work and Rowing. Through this intense program you will become stronger and faster.
- KettleBells. Increase strength and power, improve cardiovascular efficiency, and decrease body fat. In class you’ll learn technique-based KB progressions to further develop all of your muscle groups, improving your overall health.
