From the Foie specials to the addictive Frites, Granville Moore's strives to offer traditional Gastropub cuisine prepared with respect for the food and to the expectations of the customer. With no freezers or ovens in the microscopic 4 burner kitchen, most everything is prepared daily using all natural meats, fresh seafood and local (as well as some organic) produce.
