Dino's Grotto is a reflection of Chef/Owner Dean Gold’s passion for the simple foods he loves when dining at small family owned restaurants off the beaten path in Italy. Food made with ingredients that are responsibly farmed & fished, sustainable & traditional. Foods that reflect a culture, place & time.

Our meats are humanely raised and mostly local. Fish & Shellfish are sustainable. We support a net work of local farms, coops of family owned farms & local farmer's markets. We features craft spirits, house infused spirits, local tap beers, and family owned and small wineries, almost exclusively from Italy.
